Holiday Cheer in Northern Colorado

I don’t want to alarm anyone here…but Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK. And that makes Christmas just over a month away…which means that the holiday season is basically here!

One of my favorite things about the holidays is all the things to do with your kiddos around Northern Colorado. I remember when my oldest was 18 months for his second Christmas … the WONDER I got to experience through his eyes was pure magic. So, here is a list of the magical things around Northern Colorado during the holiday season.

Spring Creek Garden of Lights

Friday, December 10 - Sunday, December 26, 2021

Garden of Lights features a half-mile loop of perennial flower beds, huge sculptural flowers, grapevines, butterflies, a holiday village, and other favorite garden creatures—all constructed entirely from holiday lights. Additionally, the Color Blossom Show will be returning to the Great Lawn, with 700 lighted blossoms adding vibrant colors and movement to your holiday experience. Every evening from the first week in November through Valentine’s Day on February 14, 22 block-faces of Downtown will be illuminated with thousands of strands of brilliant white lights stretching through the alleyways, sidewalks, and tree-tops of historic Old Town Fort Collins. Angela Das

Hi, I’m Angela. I own this little business where I help a lot of parents and babies figure out breastfeeding and life in The Newborn Forest™ I have an almost uncomfortable amount of people “following me around the internet” on Instagram and I have no idea how to use TikTok. Being a friend, advocate and cheerleader to people during the fourth trimester is my soul’s song. I’m glad you’re here.
